Welcome to the Foundership — a network of female founders in Kansas City who are growing their businesses together.

This is where women+ founders find support and friendship in Kansas City

Here’s how you can join us

Quarterly Meet-Ups

Virtual Community

A small group of founders meet regularly in-person to talk shop and build deep connections.
Our retreats are focused on business planning, to help you grow your business and find success — no matter how you define it.
Our virtual community helps female founders stay connected outside of our in-person events.
Our in-person events are intentionally built for female founders to find support and friendship.

While we prioritize in-person connection, we have a virtual community to keep us connected in-between our meet-ups. This is where we share recos, referrals, advice and more. You’ll also gain access to member-only events.

These aren’t your typical networking events. Our in-person events are intentionally built so you can share ideas, provide support and build genuine connections with other founders. There’s no awkward small talk here.

Our business planning retreats are focused on results, goals and creativity. They are a reset for you, both personally and professionally.

Stay tuned for more details!

This is where we share support and insights in a small group setting. Up to seven female founders meet regularly in-person to talk about pricing, new biz, marketing and more. We’re building relationships on a much deeper level.

Meet our founder

Meet Maggie Glenski, founder and CEO of The Foundership community in Kansas City

Hi, I’m Maggie Glenski

I’m a two-time founder, mom, writer, creator and so many other things. After spending 10+ years in global ad agencies, I started Wrinkle’s Content Studio to help female founders with content marketing.

I quickly learned how lonely entrepreneurship could be, but I believe it doesn’t have to be. That’s why I started The Foundership. This is a space where female founders can find support and friendship (something we all need, right?). A space where we build our businesses, together.

Finding your people isn’t always easy, especially when you’re stuck at awkward networking events with people who are more focused on money than genuine relationships. That’s not what you’ll find here. Every aspect of the Foundership is built with the intention of helping female founders find the support they need.

And I’d love for you to be a part of it.

Ready to find your people?

Join us at an upcoming event, apply for a coffee cohort or come say hi in our virtual community.

You don’t need a membership to join the fun (though you have the option!). Find what fits best for you and come collaborate with other local founders.
