We take an honest look at last year — revenue, results, what you hit and what you missed — so you can assess what’s next.
Note: While you’ll analyze your numbers, there’s not a requirement to share your financials publicly.

You’ll set goals rooted in last year's results. You’ll write them down and visualize them, so you leave knowing exactly what to focus on.

You’ll get specific about how to reach your goals — when they’ll happen, how to get there and where you need to adjust to make them a reality.

We brainstorm, mastermind and vision board together. You’ll leave with new founder friends who support you and your business.

A few things you may be wondering

Compass is designed for female and nonbinary founders who are at least one year into their business by the time of the retreat. That first year of data (numbers, results, wins, misses) is what you will use to build your plan. If you're not quite there yet, we'd love to have you at a future retreat.

That's exactly why Compass exists. You don't need to come in with a polished plan or know the "right" way to do it. We'll work through it together, as a group.

No — and that's intentional. Compass isn't a coaching program. It's your dedicated time and space to do the planning work yourself, with a room full of founders as your sounding board.

After you register, you'll receive everything you need to know about what to pack. As for prep work — there is some you’ll want to do. You'll get all the details at our intro meeting a few weeks before the retreat, so you have plenty of time to gather everything.

No need to worry about that! We handle all room bookings on our end. The only thing you'll need at check-in is a card on file for incidentals.

We’ll meet as a group in the lobby at 10:30am. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled before we kick things off.

You're welcome to, as long as they're a female or nonbinary founder too! Just keep in mind that each ticket is for one person, so your friend will need to register and purchase their own spot.
